# Circle sets October minting cutoff and January pause for Noble USDC

The issuer outlines transfer routes, shrinking cross-chain limits and conditions for manual redemption.

Circle says it will stop minting USDC on Noble through Circle Mint on October 13, 2026. Redemptions through Circle Mint will remain available until January 12, 2027, when Circle plans to pause the Noble USDC contract and CCTP routes. The issuer lists exchanges accepting Noble USDC deposits, swaps on Noble, and CCTP V1 transfers to another supported chain as exit options. Burn limits will start falling on October 31, 2026. Manual redemption begins January 13, 2027. Circle says eligibility depends on its compliance and security requirements, a holder-controlled wallet balance, and that wallet address appearing in the pause-day snapshot.
